GDPR Compliance
Last updated: July 21, 2026
Palladium Expert is committed to supporting the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for customers and visitors located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom.
1. Our Role
When you use the Service to process traffic on behalf of your own campaigns, you act as the data controller for that traffic, and Palladium Expert acts as a data processor. For account and billing data, Palladium Expert acts as the data controller.
2. Legal Basis for Processing
- Performance of a contract, to provide the Service you have signed up for.
- Legitimate interests, such as securing the Service and preventing fraud.
- Consent, where required for marketing cookies or communications.
- Legal obligation, where processing is required to comply with applicable law.
3. Data Subject Rights
Individuals in the EEA and UK have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port their personal data, and to object to certain processing. Requests can be submitted to [email protected] and will be handled within the timeframes required by law.
4. Data Processing Agreement
Business customers who require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) covering their use of the Service can request one from our support team.
5. International Data Transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Data Protection Officer
